1. Will I get an order confirmation?

Items marked 'Online Exclusive' may be returned by Mail ONLY.

4. What do I do if my item is faulty after I have used it?

We are very sorry you have received a faulty item in your order. If it is not due to misuse or abuse of the product, please return item for a FULL refund.
